Oil Free Screw Air Compressor (TP08BV/TP11BV) is an absolutely oil-free compressor which has been especially been made for the industries of food and pharmaceuticals. It hasa frequency which changes gas consumption and automatically adjusts the compressor, preventing the frequent loading and unloading which helps in achieving the purpose of saving. To avoid current peaks, it starts with TP / V drive which totally prevents the current peak without any impact on the grid. Known for its reliability and long life, the product is supplied by us in bulk.

 

Why inverter screw compressor 

  • First, energy saving, on many occasions, a big change in gas consumption, frequency screw compressor according to changes in gas consumption, automatically adjust the compressor speed to avoid the frequent loading and unloading, so as to achieve the purpose of saving.
  • Second, the precise exhaust pressure, flow range, TP / V inverter water lubricated screw compressor pressure fluctuation range can reach 0.01Mpa.
  • Third, avoid current peaks, start TP / V drive more smoothly than commonly known as soft start, completely avoid the current peak, without any impact on the grid.
  • Four, TP / V series inverter water lubrication oil-free screw compressor has a working frequency switching function. According to the size of the free choice of gas consumption, electricity costs to a minimum.
